About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing team. The Roofing Field Control Supervisor is responsible for managing crews and overseeing projects, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and team-focused.

Training will be provided during the first 90 days for basic roofing knowledge and supervisory roles to ensure success. Training will be on leak diagnostic and the proper installation processes for shingle, metal, cedar shake, gutter and siding work.

Requirements


  • Construction experience.

  • One to two years of related roofing experience (preferred).

  • Two to three years of supervisory experience (preferred).

  • Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts with customers and employees with resolutions that are acceptable to all parties.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Basic knowledge of OSHA Compliance.

  • Capable of reading Blueprints and Building Plans.

  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to drive long distances across Wyoming.

  • Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Broad knowledge of various construction trades. Above average interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent drive and determination for exceeding expectations and advancement within the company. CRM experience a plus.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Goal oriented and accountable to job requirements and responsibilities.

  • Project Kick Off & Production Oversight (all trades)

  • Complete material pick-ups, walk arounds, and Post Construction checklist

  • Enter proper notation in the CRM for each project per Process Guidelines

  • Daily Dry-In reported to production manager

  • Supply runs during production, as needed Material returns, as needed

  • Repairs as needed

  • Review Special Instructions with Crew

  • Final Inspection and Postproduction Checklist

  • Material Check, as needed

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: Depending on Experience

  • Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday

    • Weekend availability during roofing season

  • Supplemental pay types:

    • Bonus pay

    • Driver's License (Required)

  • Work Location: In person
